n nWhat You'll Do
nnnBe the primary contact for Subaru service customers, delivering an customer experience.
n
nnSchedule appointments and prepare repair orders.
n
nnCommunicate maintenance recommendations and repair options.
n
nnCoordinate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
n
nnHelp achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals
n
n nWhat You'll Bring
nnnWe require 1+ years of prior dealership Service Advisor experience.
n
nnWe prefer Subaru Advisor experience but its not required.
n
nnSales and upselling abilities while maintaining customer trust.
n
nnProficiency with dealership software and repair order management.
n
nnAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

n nTotal Rewards
nThe annual California pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
