nAre you an automotive professional with a proven track record in service writing? Do you know how to build trust with customers, keep repair orders running smoothly, and communicate confidently with technicians? nWe’re home to some of the most iconic vehicles in the industry, and we’re looking for an experienced Service Writer who can hit the ground running and deliver the level of service our customers expect.
nWhat You'll Do:
nAs a Service Writer, you'll take charge of the customer experience from start to finish—managing repair orders, setting accurate expectations, and serving as the critical link between the customer and the technician.
nnnInitiate service and repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle performance
n
nnVerify warranty and service contract coverage
n
nnBuild accurate repair estimates including labor, parts, and deductibles
n
nnCommunicate service needs clearly to both customers and technicians
n
nnKeep customers informed throughout the repair process—status, costs, and service timelines
n
nnAdminister manufacturer warranties for eligible repairs
n
nnMaintain detailed and up-to-date customer records
n
nnPromote current service specials and build long-term customer relationships
n
n nWhat You Bring:
nnnProven experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor
n
nnBackground as an automotive technician is a plus
n
nnStrong customer service and communication skills
n
nnAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
nnSolid understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
n
nnValid driver's license and clean driving record
n
