nWhat will you be doing?
nnnBe attentive and provide excellent customer service.

nnResolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.

nnWork with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
n
nnWhen appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.
n
nnBuild and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
n
nnRepresent Wesley Chapel Toyota’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.

nnHave fun!

n nWe are seeking candidates with
nnnExperience as an automotive Service Advisor.
n
nnToyota brand experience, a plus!
n
nnActive listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
n
nnAn understanding of the mechanical and technical
n
nnComputer proficiency. Experience with CDK a plus!
n
nnExcellent written and oral communication skills.
n
nnStrong attention to detail.

nnPolished and professional

nnValid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
