Automotive Service Advisor
Wexford, PA
Full-Time Monday through Friday 7:15am to 5:15pm

As an Automotive Service Advisor , you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments
Write repair orders
Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
Assist your client through the service process.
Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure
Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional personal appearance
Team oriented and self-motivated
Able to work with little supervision
Clean driving record
