nnResponsibilities
nnGreets customers promptly
nObtains customer and vehicle information
nClearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
nDetermines and recommends needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history
nPrepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
nEstablishes follow-up time
nMonitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
nVerifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
nExplains all completed work and charges to customers
nSchedule service appointments
nTest drive vehicles with customers to identify concerns
nCommunicate with customer when additional service work is recommended
nFollow up with customers 24 Hrs. after service visit
nMaintain a minimum score of 895 KPI ( customer satisfaction )
n nnQualifications
nnMinimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
nKnowledge of automobiles
nPositive attitude
nHigh volume mentality
nKPI focused
nReynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
nValid drivers license
