NOW HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORS
Schedule:
Open availability required, including Saturdays

You will report to the service manager.
This is an on-site position located in Yorkville, NY.
What You’ll Do
Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
What We’re Looking For
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Automotive technician background is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance
Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation
$50,000 to $80,000 annually
(Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
