Service Advisor — Gerry Lane CDJR (Zachary, LA)
At Gerry Lane, our Service Advisors own the customer's experience from the moment a vehicle rolls onto the drive line. You'll be the first face our customers see—greeting owners, explaining the repair process, coordinating technician scheduling, and making sure every visit leaves a lasting impression. Our goal is simple: make every customer a customer for life.
New to the automotive industry? No problem. If you've built your skills in customer service, retail, restaurants, or hospitality, we'll give you the training to succeed here.

What You'll Do
Manage the flow of the drive lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service
Own the customer's experience from check-in through pickup
Provide concierge-level support for every inquiry, by phone or in person, so no customer falls through the cracks
Keep technicians' time consistently sold and productive
Distribute and coordinate work efficiently across the shop
What You Bring
Prior customer-facing experience (service advisor experience a plus)
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
A friendly, professional, well-groomed presence
Clean driving record
Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
