Job description
Service And Warranty AdministratorJacksonville, FLProvide professional, timely, and responsive support to customers regarding warranty claims while effectively managing multiple priorities and responsibilities. Process Service and Full Maintenance invoices accurately and efficiently, assist with Service billing as needed, and maintain accurate and up-to-date Full Maintenance equipment records.Primary Duties And Responsibilities:Process warranty claimsDocument, track, and review warranty claim resolutionsIdentify, organize and prepare warranty parts for return to manufacturerAssist Senior Billing Coordinator with various tasksProcess billing for Service and Full MaintenanceMaintain Full Maintenance Truck files for accuracy and efficienciesOther Duties:Assist with Fleetstats Billing and UploadingTrack, review and follow up on WIP for WarrantyAssist with InfoLink BillingCreate and process purchase ordersAssist with Month-End Tasks and Reports.Review accounts-receivable ledger on a continuous basis to assure prompt payment of claims.Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding warranty requirements of each manufacturer. Report any changes to management in a timely manner.Additional duties as needed at the discretion of the manager.Skills Required:Strong written and verbal communications skillsStrong Organizational SkillsStrong decision-making skillsAbility to work on multiple tasks at one timeAdministrative abilities (typing, filing, etc)Strong Microsoft Office skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentStrong Customer Service skillsProficient with technical communications and equipment modelsSafety oriented
