Service Appointment CoordinatorBob Smith BMW is family-owned and led by two of the best women in the automotive business. We’re growing our Client Care Center and looking for a sharp, personable communicator who thrives on keeping things moving — someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and takes pride in delivering a great experience before a customer even steps through our doors.This role is a great fit for recent graduates, parents returning to the workforce, or anyone looking to launch a career in the automotive industry. Our culture is real — you’ll actually look forward to coming in.Compensation: Base pay $18–$20 / hr - Bonus potential up to $950 / mo - Schedule includes weekendsWhat you’ll do:Handle inbound service reservation calls and confirm upcoming appointments with a friendly, professional touchMake outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients, special order parts, and “we owe” schedulingRespond promptly to internet leads and email inquiries — same-day responses are a mustManage and maintain CRM communication cycles to keep customer relationships warm and well-timedStay current on service offerings and pricing so you can guide customers to the right solutions with confidenceDirect customers to product information resources, including online toolsWho you are:A confident communicator — your warmth comes through even over the phoneOrganized and self-driven — you juggle priorities without dropping the ballCoachable and growth-minded — you welcome feedback and take it somewhereComfortable handling objections calmly and turning hesitations into appointmentsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new toolsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong time management skillsWhat we offer:Medical, dental, life, disability & cancer coverage - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid vacation time - Ongoing training & development - Real opportunities for advancementPerformance expectations:Appointment show rate of 88% or greaterAppointment volume within 10% of team averageCall quality (CALLRATER) score of 85+ within 30 days, rising to 90+ by day 90Pre-employment drug screening required.
