Come develop your career with an award-winning, customer focused automotive group.We're looking for an APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR to join our Service Team!The best candidates are friendly, reliable, and will be ready to grasp new concepts quickly.Responsibilities:Respond quickly and professionally to service department phone inquiriesSet customer appointments to visit service departmentProvide customers with dealership informationAccurately answer customer questions using word tracks or templatesMake customer reminder and follow up callsUtilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management system dailyRequirements:Strong focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealershipInternet and computer savvyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well in a process-driven environmentDetail-oriented and organizedAvailable to work flexible hours, including some SaturdaysBenefits:Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, company holidays, 401(k), and various wellness and gym reimbursements.
