Service Appointment and Rental CoordinatorClassic CDJR Pineville is a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and friendly experience. We're looking for an organized and energetic individual to join our team as a Service Appointment and Rental Coordinator.This role is the first point of contact for our customers-both in person and on the phone. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, assist with vehicle rentals, and provide general administrative support to the team.-Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner-Schedule service and maintenance appointments using our dealership software-Coordinate vehicle rentals and loaner car program, ensuring proper documentation-Greet customers and assist with general inquiries-Perform administrative duties such as data entry, scanning and handling emails, text messages, etc.-Support the service and sales departments as needed-Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (automotive experience a plus)-Strong communication and organizational skills-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment-Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems-Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor-Competiive pay-Health, dental, and vision insurance-Paid time off and holidays-Employee discounts on vehicles and services-Opportunities for growth within the dealership
