Service Appointment CoordinatorWright Nissan Buick GMC Lotus in Wexford, PA. Family owned since 1927. Wright Nissan Buick GMC Lotus is looking to fill a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator position! If you have professional phone skills, excel in a fast-paced environment, and want to join a positive, professional team, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Interact with clients on the phone via inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, helpful, and professional mannerSchedule and confirm service appointments accurately based on client requests and shop capacityManage the service calendar, log client information, and help maintain an accurate customer databaseCoordinate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless service experienceSupport other team members with administrative duties as needed to keep the department running smoothlyRequirements:Professional phone skills with a passion for customer serviceStrong computer skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multi-taskMust have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be able to pass a standard background check and drug screenReliable, organized, and team-focusedPrior customer service, call center, or dealership experience is preferred but not requiredBenefits:Consistent Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (No Weekends!)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysEmployee discounts on vehicles, parts, and serviceGrowth opportunities withinFriendly, team-oriented cultureJoin a team that’s been trusted in Wexford for nearly 100 years.
