Service AssistantThe Service Assistant position works with other members of the service team to make sure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly. This position requires the ability to handle a rapidly changing workload and can prioritize accordingly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience, learn, and develop your career within the automotive industry.Responsibilities:Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, both internal and externalVehicle drives include dropping off or picking up customer vehicles and/or loaners, runs to the Bodyshop, test charging at EA (Electrify America) charge stations, among others.Arranging Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per requestAssist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over. When needed, help with check in processAssist technicians with basic repairs in the shopOther duties as assigned including but not limited to moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and assisting the service department as neededQualifications:18 years of age or olderBasic automotive knowledgeWillingness to obtain forklift certification post hire, demonstrating a commitment to safety and operational efficiency in the workplaceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitaskAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeFull-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periodsWillingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hireValid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
