Service Bdc Call Agent
Join our winning dealership team! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Bdc Call Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and help deliver an outstanding service experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming service calls
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Follow up with customers regarding maintenance and service needs
Maintain accurate customer records
Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
Strong communication and phone skills
Basic computer skills a must
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
