Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator / BDC Representative
Earnings: $20.00/hr + Monthly Performance Bonus | Full-Time | Elmsford, NY

What You'll Do
Handle inbound phone calls, website chat inquiries, and online service appointment requests.
Make outbound follow-up calls to remind clients of upcoming maintenance, recall campaigns, and missed appointments.
Coordinate and schedule service visits efficiently using digital scheduling software (Xtime/CRM).
Answer client questions regarding routine maintenance schedules, dealership amenities, and vehicle drop-off procedures.
Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and managers to ensure a seamless handoff for every visiting customer.
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional phone presence.
Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multi-screen scheduling tools.
High attention to detail, strong time management, and active listening skills.
Prior experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, or automotive retail is a plus (we provide full paid training).
Positive, reliable team player ready to grow with our team.
