Job description
TFF Service Centers is seeking a Manager, Service Center to oversee daily operations and drive service level improvements. You will analyze data to understand productivity, quality, and customer outcomes, and work closely with the service center management team to implement action plans that raise performance.
You will also participate in sales team meetings to translate customer requirements into operational excellence and provide leadership for Managers and Supervisors across centers.
