This role is responsible for facilitating effective internal and external communication strategies that support customer service operations and enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing service-related inquiries across multiple channels.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between service teams and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.Draft and distribute service updates, notices, and reports.Monitor client feedback and provide solutions to address service-related concerns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication with service delivery goals.Analyze communication trends and recommend improvements.Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.Support training initiatives related to communication protocols.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications, customer service, or advisory role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and communication management tools.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Additional InformationCompetitive salary: $62,000 - $66,000 annuallyHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and growth opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team cultureOn-site parking and flexible work environment
