Service CoordinatorConvergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Service Coordinator to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls by handling these calls in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner ensuring Convergint becomes the customers' first choice for service. Every colleague is encouraged to participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping us grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers.Answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls by handling these calls in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner ensuring Convergint becomes the customers' first choice for service.Provide coordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated CTC location.May act as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor.Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.Strong financial knowledge and skills—ability to understand financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.Excellent ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.Convergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment in which all individuals are able to realize their maximum potential within the company.
