The position will coordinate the flow of information between customers and service staff in order to facilitate the resolution/completion of all service requests.Essential functionsPrioritizing, scheduling, and dispatching service staff;Ordering and expediting all required parts;Reviewing resolved service tickets upon completion of work;Verification of time entries/GPS logs;Replenishing stock able products and accountability;Assistance with the development, implementation, and documentation of Service Department processes.Minimum qualificationsHigh school diplomaStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesExperience with Connectwise a plusMust pass pre-employment background check and drug testPhysical demandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and see. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hand to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.Work environmentThis job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
