Job description
Strong leadership capabilities with an ability to manage a team as well as leading by influence
Work cross functionally across Connected Health, external Client teams and Insurance providers including, but not limited to, Product, Technology, Engineering, Finance and Operations
Excellent understanding of process design, documentation and implementation
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to manage in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Comfortable interacting with/presenting to all levels of management
Ability to tolerate ambiguity while continuously moving forward
Customer focused mentality
Ability to assist with headcount forecasting as applicable
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
