Job description
James River Equipment in Salem, VA is seeking a Service Manager to optimize the service department, grow profitable labor sales, and ensure customer satisfaction through disciplined cost control and cross-functional collaboration.
You will lead hiring, coaching, set annual goals and budgets, manage WIP, develop service policies, and drive safety and maintenance across shop and yard while promoting the James River culture.
