Honda of Oakland is looking for an energetic, results-driven Service Director to lead our Honda Service Department to the next level!

Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate all service personnel, marketing and profitability of dealership Service Operations
Train all advisors, technicians and valets on dealership procedures
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Observe, encourage and inspire all Service Employees to secure customer loyalty
Forecast sales, gross profits and expenses
Maintain an at or above national average CSI score and follow up with all guest issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
Establish clear performance goals and hold the team accountable for results
Hold weekly departmental meetings and set sales and service goals
Interact with outside vendors and other dealership management
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in an automotive dealership service department
Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Consistent and stable work history
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and work ethic
Organized and friendly personality
Demonstrated ability to manage others
Time management skills
Able to work with little supervision
