nJob Summary
nShambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking an entry-level Service Estimator. This position will be responsible for providing estimates and proposals to customers, estimating inspection deficiencies, project management and coordination of trades.

nEssential Duties & Responsibilities
nnnEstimate, sell, and manage fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression projects
n
nnRead, analyze, and interpret blueprints, contract documents, and project specifications
n
nnResponsible for reading inspection reports and generating proposals to customers for repairs
n
nnCoordinating with scheduling to get jobs completed
n
nnDevelop positive and ongoing relationships with customers
n
nnListing for Fabrication and material ordering
n
nnCoordination Between Trades
n
nnOther duties as assigned
n
n nQualifications
nnnHigh Mechanical Interest
n
nnAutoCad experience preferred
n
nnProficiency in word, excel, and spreadsheets desired
n
nnAbility to multi-task to the extreme
n
nnValid driver's license and excellent driving record
n
nnExcellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills
n
nnMust have good computer technical experience
n
nnMotivated to achieve a high standard of productivity.
n
nnBelieve that customer service is first priority
n
nnExcellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude.
n
nnProfessionalism in email and over the phone.
n
nnProficiency in computer usage above basic Microsoft Office & Windows Skills. Must be tech savvy.
n
nnRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
