Job description
Rivian is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to lead front-of-house and parts operations, ensuring exceptional service and precise parts availability for Rivian owners. You will coach Service Advisors and Parts Advisors, uphold hospitality standards, and drive process improvements across the service center.
You will oversee intake, workflows, and communications with technicians, manage warranty-related repairs, and ensure compliance with state and federal automotive regulations.
