Job description
Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Service Experience Manager in Lenexa, KS. You will mentor and lead a team, drive sales and service initiatives, and partner with store leadership to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You’ll recruit and develop talent, coach staff on tools and processes, and build business plans that align service goals with sales targets. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.
