Plumbing, Fire Protection, Service HelperJoin E.S. Systems dynamic team as a Plumbing, Fire Protection, Service Helper and be a vital part of delivering top-tier construction and maintenance solutions. In this energetic role, you will assist skilled tradespeople in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and fire protection systems across various construction sites. Your enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude will help ensure projects progress smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in construction plumbing, fire protection systems, and field service operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and fire protection systems using hand tools and power tools.• Support the setup and teardown of construction sites, including handling materials and assembling components according to schematics and blueprints.• Help with pipe threading, cutting and fitting, under supervision to ensure precise system assembly.• Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to aid in accurate installation processes.• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, fire sprinkler and related mechanical equipment.• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols on-site.Qualifications:• Prior experience or familiarity with construction site activities is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe threading, hand and power tools, is helpful.• Mechanical aptitude with an interest in plumbing or fire protection technology is a plus.• Ability to read basic blueprints or schematics accurately.• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installation tasks.• Prior experience in construction, plumbing or service is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.• Strong teamwork mindset with excellent communication skills; previous handyman or remodeling experience is beneficial.Embark on a rewarding career journey where your contributions directly impact safety and infrastructure!
