Job description
Service Journeyman ElectricianThe Service Journeyman Electrician performs different types of support at the customer's location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units while in the field.Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.Provide on-call emergency service as required and maintain communication with the department manager while in the field.Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations, and provide general customer service on the phone and in person.Perform other duties assigned by the manager.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:High School Diploma or General Education DegreeMUST have current State Issued Journeyman Electrician's LicenseMust possess valid driver's license and able to pass MVR to drive a company vehicleAbility to multitask while staying organizedStrong verbal and written communications skillsPositive customer service skillsExperience in lighting a plus!Pay RangeUSD $45.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
