Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill in Norwich, CT is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained staff. You will maintain an organized line, supervise the crew, and help develop future Service Leaders while guiding daily operations.
The role requires on-your-feet work, shifts management, and strong knowledge of food safety and cash handling. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.
