Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill in Worcester, MA is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that the crew is well trained. You will keep a clean, organized line and ensure equipment works, with on-your-feet shift duties.
You\'ll lead front-of-house training, assist with performance reviews, and help develop future Service Leaders while managing office admin tasks and supplies as needed.
