Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good service. The role requires staying on the floor, keeping the line clean and equipment functioning, and stepping in when the team needs help.
You will develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew, participate in performance reviews, assist with office duties, and help develop future Service Leaders.
