Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill in Belmont, NC is seeking a Service Leader to help maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll keep a clean, efficient line and support across front-of-house operations.
As a Service Leader, you’ll monitor food safety, assist with breaks and scheduling, and help develop future leaders while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and guest-first service standards.
