Cape Fear Valley Health System is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead multiple physician groups across the Fayetteville area. You will guide operational excellence, coordinate budgeting, staffing, and front desk processes, and partner with senior leaders to drive quality patient care and financial performance.
The role requires strong knowledge of EMR and CPT/ICD-10 coding, plus proven communication with diverse teams.
