Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTI) seeks an Associate, Service Management to shape the future of how employees engage with enterprise services. You will design scalable, user-centered solutions that improve the digital employee experience and accelerate Blackstone’s transformation.
Working across business and technology teams, you will manage feature backlogs, define requirements, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in service delivery and adoption.
