The Role
You’ll own the service department at Carlock Toyota of Columbus, and you’ll be stepping into a completely remodeled 70,000-square-foot facility with 34+ working bays. We’ve made the investment in the building; now we’re investing in the leader who’ll fill it. Fixed ops is the backbone of this store, and we want someone who treats it that way: a leader who drives absorption, builds a team techs actually want to work for, and turns first-time customers into lifelong Toyota owners.
What You’ll Do
Run the department like it’s your own business: P&L, gross, labor rates, effective labor rate, hours per RO
Recruit, develop, and keep top technicians and advisors in a market where talent is everything
Own the customer experience from the drive to the cashier, and protect CSI like your paycheck depends on it (it does)
Partner with sales and parts to grow retention, maximize warranty and customer-pay, and keep all 34+ bays full
Build processes that scale, because this group grows, and we promote from within
What You Bring
Proven fixed ops leadership with numbers to back it up
Toyota experience strongly preferred
