This role will support our Seattle, WA, Spokane, WA and Helena, MT branches, and will sit in Spokane, WA.If you answered a resounding YES to these questions, then we have an amazing opportunity for you!Job DutiesAs our Service Operations Coordinator, you will provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process; booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP, initiate invoice downpayments, requisition parts, follow-up with customers, and coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs.The role interacts with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication.You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience to KONE along with an appetite for learning a new industry. A High School education or equivalent.Other Listed Duties as NeededPerform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing repair business of the branch.Book quoted repair orders and requisition partsSchedule quoted repair and quick quotes; collaborate with supervisors, customers, 3rd party entities, and regulatory bodiesMaintain Technician on-call Scheduler, for overtime calls for Technicians and SupervisorsAssist Service / Repair SupervisorAudit completeness and accuracy of ordersUpdate SAPProvide internal Technician supportAssist with permitting and permit managementAssist with invoice dispute and initiate invoicesManage and order Office SuppliesReporting functions for Branch Staff MeetingsAdditional duties as assignedHiring requirementsProficient in MS Word and ExcelWell OrganizedCustomer service mindsetAbout KONEAt KONE, we foster an innovative and collaborative culture, valuing each individual's contribution.
