Rivian is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor in Southern California to lead our front-of-house and parts operations, ensuring an exceptional service experience for Rivian owners.
You will coach Service Advisors and Parts Advisors, drive flawless execution, translate customer feedback into actionable work orders, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver hospitality and automotive excellence. This role requires a focus on people, process, and performance in a fast-paced environment.
