Customer Solutions SpecialistAre you a high-energy retail or service sales professional looking for your next challenge? As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll guide customers through their service visits and introduce them to accessories, upgrades, and packages that enhance their RV lifestyle. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role with clear goals, commission opportunities, and a path to long-term career growth. Target earnings: $60,000–$80,000+, based on performance.Key ObjectivesDeliver a smooth, engaging service experience that builds trust and drives return visitsIdentify and recommend service bundles, accessories, and upgrades aligned with customer needs and RV usageConvert service visits into long-term relationships and added sales opportunitiesAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets through high-quality customer interactionsResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-insProactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessoriesAccurately quote prices and book service appointmentsKeep customers informed on their unit's progress and any new opportunitiesMaintain timely and professional communication throughout the customer journeyUse CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and service outcomesSupport team members and participate in ongoing sales and service trainingKey Competencies & SkillsRetail or service sales experience (automotive, powersports, or outdoor gear is a plus)Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative approachHighly motivated by commissions and performance-based paySkilled at multitasking in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentPositive, professional demeanor and appearanceTeam-oriented with the ability to work independentlyAvailability to work SaturdaysNeat, clean, and professional appearanceAbility to pass a background check and drug testDemonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workersExpected ResultsMeet or exceed monthly service-related accessory and upgrade sales goalsMaintain strong NPS (Net Promotor Score) through clear, positive communicationDrive repeat business through excellent service and follow-upMinimize scheduling errors and ensure smooth service transitions for customersContribute to a high-performing, team-driven culture within the service departmentResourcesProduct training and sales coachingCRM and scheduling softwareClear commission structure and earning potentialSupportive team environment with opportunity for advancementWho We AreBish's RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
