This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and light commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is skilled, safety-focused, and committed to delivering top-quality service and customer satisfaction on every job.What You Bring• 3+ years of plumbing service or installation experience (residential or light commercial). - Working knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and repair techniques. - Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Plumbing apprentice or journeyman license preferred (as required by local jurisdiction). - Backflow, tankless, or water treatment experience a plus.Key Responsibilities• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drain lines, fixtures, faucets, valves, and water heaters. - Perform installations and replacements of piping, fixtures, and appliances in compliance with local codes and safety standards. - Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and other plumbing issues. - Install, service, and repair tankless and conventional water heaters. - Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems. - Provide clear communication to customers regarding system issues, repair options, and recommendations. - Maintain accurate service tickets, inventory, and job documentation. - Work collaboratively with dispatch, supervisors, and other technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and quality service delivery. - Follow all company policies and safety procedures on every job site.Licenses & Certifications•Why You'll Love Working Here• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) plan with company match; paid parental leave; PTO; company-paid holidays; life and disability insurance; accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage; and access to voluntary benefits such as pet insurance and identity/fraud protection - everything you need to support yourself and your family.• Real Growth Opportunities: With more than 60+ strong local brands behind you, you'll have the chance to grow your skills, take on new responsibilities, and build a long-term career.• A Culture with Heart: We lead with teamwork, respect, and integrity.
