Service Plumber PositionKevin's Plumbing & Heating is hiring an experienced Service Plumber to join our team in Minot, ND. With more than 36 years serving the local community, we have built a reputation for quality workmanship, dependable service, and taking care of our customers. We are looking for a plumber who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and completing service work with pride and professionalism.What You'll Do:Perform residential and commercial plumbing service workDiagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutionsComplete repairs, maintenance, and installationsTroubleshoot plumbing systems and equipmentMaintain a clean and professional work environmentCommunicate clearly with customers and team membersComplete service documentation using company systemsWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of plumbing service experience preferredStrong knowledge of plumbing tools and equipmentAbility to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs independentlyValid driver's license with insurable driving recordAbility to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areasDependable attitude and strong customer service skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay: $23.00 - $26.00/hour based on experienceYear-round full-time work Monday-Friday scheduleDaily overtime opportunity: One night per week/rotating weekends once a monthCompany vehicleTools and equipment providedUniforms with laundry serviceSingle-paid medical benefitsDental and vision benefitsSimple IRA with 3% company matchPaid time off beginning day onePaid major holidaysPaid training and continuing educationEstablished customer base and experienced support teamJoin a local company where skilled tradespeople are valued and supported.
