What You'll Do
As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll be a trusted resource for homeowners by delivering expert solutions and exceptional service on every call.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and equipment
Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related systems
Conduct thorough system evaluations and identify the best solutions for homeowners
Educate customers on their options while helping them make informed decisions
Deliver a professional, five-star customer experience from start to finish
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
2+ years of residential plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
21+ years old is required driving age
