Job Title: Service Plumbing Manager
Job Description
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the commercial plumbing service department. This position oversees service technicians, dispatch coordination, customer relationships, service sales growth, safety compliance, quality control, and departmental financial performance. The Service Manager ensures that all service work is completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with company standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the commercial plumbing service department to ensure optimal performance and profitability.
Oversee service technicians and ensure timely dispatch coordination.
Foster strong customer relationships and drive service sales growth.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain quality control.
Monitor and manage departmental financial performance.
Essential Skills
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience in service, field service, and repair.
Exceptional customer service and plumbing services expertise.
Ability to estimate costs and manage installation processes.
Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber License.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in commercial and industrial service operations.
