nnSchedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

nWe are looking for a customer-focused Service Porter to join our Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles and takes pride in creating a great customer experience.
nWhat You'll Do
nnnGreet and welcome service customers.
n
nnInstall disposable seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.
n
nnIdentify the service advisor with whom the customer has an appointment and notify that advisor.
n
nnDrive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.
n
nnRetrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when the customer pays their bill or as the advisor directs.
n
nnMaintain the parking lot. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
n
nnAssist the Service Receptionist with incoming telephone calls.
n
nnAssist Shuttle driver when needed.
n
nnPerform multiple clerical tasks as assigned by service management.
n
nnReport to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees or customers.
