Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Customer Service Experience

Previous Dealership Experience (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities: Communicate with service customers and be able to drop their vehicles off to them after their service appointments in a timely fashion

Maintain organization in the Service lane by pulling up cars in an orderly manner

Be respectful and polite to any and all customers.

Must be willing to work the occasional Saturday

Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), basic computer experience, ability to work well with others, perform duties with little or no supervision, ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, professional appearance, general knowledge of copy machines, basic math skills. Individual must be a self-starter and self-motivator and be able to work evenings. Individual should be honest, ethical, dependable and a team player.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Marketing experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
