Service Advisor Opportunity At Skyline FordSkyline Ford is looking for someone with a mechanical background, strong customer service skills, and the drive to learn. This is a hands-on opportunity to join a Ford dealership and play an important role on an experienced service team.What you’ll do:Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and help customers with service questions.Assist with dispatching work to technicians and coordinating shop workflow.Support advisors with repair orders, customer updates, and follow-through.Handle overflow customers during the week.Serve as the Saturday advisor, managing customer check-in, repair recommendations, and vehicle delivery.What we’re looking for:Previous automotive industry experience—whether as a service advisor, service writer, scheduler, independent shop assistant, or in another automotive service role.A mechanical background and a practical understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance.Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.Initiative, dependable follow-through, and a strong desire to learn.Availability to work Saturdays.Automotive industry experience is required. Dealership and service advisor experience are preferred but not required.
