Primary Function
The Residential/Commercial Service Technician III responsibilities include but not limited to; customer site visits, servicing and/or installing equipment, repairing equipment, delivering salt and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of related work experience or training.
Proficiency with computers and programs, specifically Microsoft Office software, SalesForce, SAP.
Proficient customer service experience.
Possess a general understanding of local, state, and national codes / regulations.
Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines and goals.
Demonstrated comprehension of water supply systems, pressure boosting systems, regulation, piping scenarios etc.
Additional Qualifications:
Associates degree in related preferred
Field HVAC/Plumbing/Mechanical related experience preferred
Trade Certification, preferred
Demonstrated experience in Control Systems (PLCs) and Building Integration Systems preferred.
