nAn Automotive Service Technician is responsible for accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

n nRESPONSIBILITIES
nnnDiagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems
n
nnTest components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment
n
nnExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
n
nnComplete online multi-point inspection reports
n
nnComplete all work according to applicable safety requirements
n
nnRoad-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
n
nnDocument work performed on repair orders, record test procedures / results and time per company recoding procedures
n
n nREQUIREMENTS:
nnnCurrent state drivers license giving authorization to operate motor vehicles
n
nnEffective analytical and communication skills
n
nnBasic computer knowledge a plus
n
nnAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures
n
nnAbility to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
n
nnAutomotive mechanical experience
n
nnAbility to lift 50 pounds
n
nnAbility to work on your feet for extended periods of time
n
nnAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
n
