Morgan Properties is Hiring! Service Technician Blakenbaker Crossings
NOW OFFERING $1500 SIGN ON BONUS!
Blakenbaker Crossings is a 236-unit apartment community, and we're looking for a Service Technician with real passion for the work. You'll diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep our community safe, comfortable, and up to company standards.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base pay: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly
$300 quarterly Morgan Essentials
50% rent discount
401(k)
Full benefits: Dental, Medical, Vision

What We Need From You:
Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and general property issues
Make-ready skills: unit turns, repairs, cleaning, and painting
Commitment to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including snow and ice emergencies
Valid driver's license
Your own tools for on-site repairs

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
