Our organization has been servicing customers for over 70 years mainly in Eastern Massachusetts. We are currently seeking a Service Technician who has the enthusiasm and ability to work with our other team members.Position requirements are as follows:Ability to troubleshoot and repair high efficiency gas and oilTest, diagnose and repair problems with system and propose relevantDiagnose and repair electric controlMaintaining and cleaning gas/oil boiler systems andVerify correct operation of equipment related to heating and processEnsure all boiler and burner components are operating safely and efficiently.Perform thorough combustion analysis with company issued analyzer and make proper adjustments accordingly.Assemble or disassemble parts of gas/oil burning Replace and potentially rebuild faulty components.Provide customers with technical product information and provide product training as needed.Qualifications:Valid driver's licenseMinimum of 5 years experienceOil burner license is requiredElectrical background is a plusComputer knowledgeFully capable of communicating with customers regarding concerns, diagnoses/repair and clearly communicate resolutions as well as follow up requirementsClearly communicate with internal officeProduct knowledgeSafety awarenessAbility to work independently and as a teamProfessional appearanceOn Call coverage requirementOur team members enjoy an above average compensation and benefits in a goal-orientated supportive environment.
