We are growing fast, so there's plenty of room for growth and learning!Service Team Member: Liner, Order Taker, CashierJob Summary:As a Service Team Member, you are responsible for delivering food and providing a premium experience to our guests. You will greet and assist guests with questions and suggestions while taking food orders and ensuring guests are satisfied. You will prepare orders, bag, wrap, label, date, and store food items while following gusto! food preparation standards. The Team Member must be respectful and professional and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Greet, welcome, and take the order from the guestOrder/ticket prioritizationStation cleanliness and sanitationMenu knowledgeGuest interactionWeigh, measure, and mix ingredientsDisplay professionalismAdhere to uniform and personal hygiene standards including wearing non-slip shoesPoint-of-sale system knowledgeSense of urgencyThird-party delivery system knowledge and operationOccasionally drive catering orders (reimbursed for mileage)Be comfortable standing for the entire shift and occasionally lifting items no heavier than 53lbsQualifications & Experience:Food service experience is preferred but not necessaryGreat communication skillsAble to work well in a team environmentAttention to detailsPunctual, reliable, and trustworthyAbility to multitaskAvailable to work all shifts including opening/closing, weekends, and holidays as neededDesire for continuous learning and professional developmentMust have reliable means of transportationBenefits:Pay rate: $10-13+ tipsTip sharingAccess to wages before paydayFlexible schedulingDetailed and intentional trainingTeam Member food perksFantastic Teammates!
