Position Title: ServiceNow AI Developer
MUST HAVE an active Top Secret or DHS clearance
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full time W2
InDev is seeking a ServiceNow AI Developer to design, build, and optimize AI powered solutions. In this role, you will configure out-of-the box flows using Flow Designer and configure conversational AI experiences with core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, scoped applications).
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design & Configure: Build and customize AI-powered use cases such as chat summarization, resolution note generation, knowledge article generation, response recommendations, and content generation.
· Workflow Integration: Integrate conversational AI with ServiceNow modules like IT Service Management (ITSM).
· Scripting & APIs: Extend functionality using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI policies, and RESTful web services.
· Testing & Optimization: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and manage update sets.
· Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate operational needs into responsive, user-friendly AI solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years hands-on development experience with ServiceNow and dedicated experience building conversational agents.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST/JSON integrations, and Flow Designer.
Understanding of Access Control Lists (ACLs), data models, update sets, and client scripts.
Experience with AI Search, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
Experience with AI Agent Studio and GenAI platforms.
NICE TO HAVES
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow AI Professional certification.
